On a decorating turntable, place one layer of sponge cake, then add a quarter of the whipped cream, then drizzle some strawberry coulis and add pieces of fresh strawberries.
Cover with another layer of sponge cake and repeat. Keep a few spoons of strawberry coulis if you want to decorate.
Cover the cake with a thin layer of whipped cream and refrigerate for 1h.
Take your cake out of the fridge and cover with the rest of the whipped cream.
Decorate with fresh strawberries on top and voila!
