Preheat the oven at 350F (180C).
Butter and flour a baking sheet or use a silicon mat on top of a baking sheet.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, add sugar and eggs and mix until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
Sift the flour and a it all at once to the egg and sugar mixture.
Gently incorporate the flour until combined.
Pour the mixture into the sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
Allow to cool down.
Cut little circle of cake.
Brush a little bit of homemade vanilla syrup on each little cake.
Add a spoon of whipped cream on one cake then add another cake on top and press gently.
Repeat as many time as you want layers. And finish with whipped cream.
Decorate!
