Jelly Roll

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Eggs
  • 120 g Sugar
  • 120 g Flour
  • Jam, Chocolate, Whipped cream and Fruits

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven at 350F (180C).
  • Butter and flour a baking sheet.
  • In the bowl of a stand mixer, add sugar and eggs and mix until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Sift the flour and a it all at once to the egg and sugar mixture.
  • Gently incorporate the flour until combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
  • allow to cool down. Cut the edges and fill up with whatever you want.
  • Roll it down and refrigerate.
  • It tastes better the next day or at least after a few hours in the fridge!
