Homemade Sweet Pie Crust

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 30 g Almond Flour
  • 80 g Icing Sugar
  • 140 g Butter, soft
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, add the soft butter with the icing sugar, a pinch of salt, an egg and the almond flour.
  • Mix it with a wooden spoon until completely smooth.
  • Add the flour all at once and mix it gently until all the flour is incorporated. 
  • Now you have four choices:
    • Refrigerate until you are ready to roll it down
    • Freeze it for later
    • Refrigerate and roll it down and freeze it in the pie pan
    • Press it down into the pie pan and use it right away
  • Enjoy!
