In a medium bowl, add the soft butter with the icing sugar, a pinch of salt, an egg and the almond flour.
Mix it with a wooden spoon until completely smooth.
Add the flour all at once and mix it gently until all the flour is incorporated.
Now you have four choices: • Refrigerate until you are ready to roll it down • Freeze it for later • Refrigerate and roll it down and freeze it in the pie pan • Press it down into the pie pan and use it right away
