Homemade Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup (220g) Butter
  • 2 cups (430g) Sugar
  • 3/4 cup (90g) Flour
  • 1 cup (100g) Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 cup Nuts (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350F (180C).
  • If you are not using a silicone baking mold, line a pan with parchment paper.
  • Melt the butter in a small sauce pan. Poor into a large bowl and add the sugar. Stir well. Set aside until it cools down a little.
  • Beat in the eggs one at the time.
  • Add the vanilla.
  • Add the flour, cocoa powder and salt.
  • Add the nuts if you decided to use any.
  • Pour the brownie batter into the pan and bake it for 45 minutes.
  • The brownie will be ready when the edges are set and the toothpick inserted in the middle comes out with brownie batter on it. Be careful not to over bake your brownie otherwise it will be dry.
  • Allow to cool down before cutting it the size and shape you want!
