  • 500 ml Whipping Cream
  • 100 g Icing Sugar
  • Flavour

Instructions
 

  • In a large cold bowl, add the cold cream and sugar (read all the tricks to amke the perfect whipped cream above).
  • Beat on high speed until soft peaks form.
  • Add flavour at the very end and voila!
