Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Dark Chocolate, Milk Chocolate or Both
  • 6 Eggs
  • 4 tbsp Sugar (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
  • Beat the egg whites until firm.
  • Melt the chocolate and allow to cool down a little so it won't cook the egg yolks.
  • Add the sugar to the melted chocolate and stir well.
  • Add in the egg yolks and stir well.
  • Gently fold in the beaten egg whites into the chocolate mixture a little at the time.
  • Poor into little cup or a big dish to share and refrigerate for at least 1h and voila!
