Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
Beat the egg whites until firm.
Melt the chocolate and allow to cool down a little so it won't cook the egg yolks.
Add the sugar to the melted chocolate and stir well.
Add in the egg yolks and stir well.
Gently fold in the beaten egg whites into the chocolate mixture a little at the time.
Poor into little cup or a big dish to share and refrigerate for at least 1h and voila!
