Preheat the over at 350F (180C)
In a large bowl, mix the flour and baking powder together.
In an other bowl or the bowl of your stand mixer, mix the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the milk and oil, then mix.
Pour the flour mixture into the wet mixture and mix.
Add the lemon zest and the lemon juice and mix.
Add the floured blueberries and fold in gently.
Scoop the batter into muffin muffin tins and bake for 20 to 25 minutes depending on the size of the muffins.
Let the blueberry lemon muffins cool down.
In a little bowl, mix icing sugar and lemon juice. Pour on top of the muffins.
