In a bowl, mix together the almonds, egg whites, sugar and melted butter.
Refrigerate for at least 1h, or over night.
Turn on the oven at 350F (180C).
Mix in the flour.
On a baking sheet, spread a little bit of the mixture. Flatten with a fork to make little disks.
Cook for 10 minutes, until the sides are golden.
Allow to cool down.
Tip: if you want to fill up your tuiles, allow them to cool down on a rolling pan, then fill them up with whipped cream, chocolate mousse, ice cream...
