Like I said, it’s your basic chocolate muffins recipe with a little bit of orange juice and orange zest. Here is what you’ll need:

- Baking powder

- Vegetable oil

- Chocolate chips
Tips to make the perfect muffins
There are a few tips to make the perfect chocolate orange muffins.
- Don’t pack the flour, simply spoon the flour onto to the measuring cup.
- Mix the wet ingredients well but don’t over mix the wet and dry ingredients together.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips but again, don’t over mix it.
- If you want bigger muffins, don’t fill up all the muffin tins. Leave an empty tin between each muffin.
- Don’t over bake the muffins.
How to make chocolate orange muffins
Well, like any other muffins, mix the dry ingredients (flour and baking powder) together in a large bowl and set aside.
In another large bowl, mix the sugar and eggs together until light and fluffy.
Add the oil and milk and mix.
Pour the dry ingredients in the wet ingredients and mix. Don’t over mix it!
Add the orange juice and zest and mix lightly.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Scoop into prepared muffin tins and bake for 20 to 25 minutes (depending on the size of the muffins).

- 3 tbsp Baking Powder
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Sugar (230g)

- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil (100g)
- 2 Oranges (zest and juice)
- 2 cups Dark Chocolate Chips

- Preheat the oven to 350F (180C).
- In a large bowl, mix the flour and the baking powder together and set aside.
