This recipe for No Churn Ice Cream is so simple you can make it anywhere! I actually use this recipe for making homemade ice cream while camping! All you need is whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, a whisk, a bowl and a freezer! Trust me, if like us you love RV camping or van living, this recipe for no churn ice cream will become you new favourite!

Ingredients you’ll need

Well, to make this easy ice cream anywhere, you’ll only need 2 ingredients:

  • Whipping Cream
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk

But you can add a few if you want:

  • Vanilla
  • Nuts
  • Caramel
  • Berry coulis
  • …

How to make this no churn ice cream anywhere

Well, this might be my shortest recipe ever!

In a large bowl, whip the cream until it forms soft peaks. This might takes a couple of minutes and you’ll need to whisk the cream really fast but it’s not that hard trust me!

Then stir in the condensed milk.

Freeze the ice cream in an air tight container for a few hours or over night.

And voila! Now, you can make ice cream anywhere! And add a scoop to any of your favourite camping desserts, like this campfire skillet berry crumble!
